Raw Vegan Recipes - This is a collection of the raw food recipes I’ve posted on the blog. I decided to put them all in one place so they will be easier to find if someone wants to try them.

We came up with this yummy dish that has me wanting more. I love adding cacao nibs and dates to it... feel free to play around! I really love this dish, it's great to take to potlucks or give to your non-raw friends and doesn't need any expensive kitchen equipment other than a knife, a chopping board and an inexpensive food processor.

Take a sheet of nori and place it onto a clean smooth surface. Spread 2-3 tbs. of the rice mixture on to 1/4th of the nori sheet. Make a little indent and put 1-2 tbs. of the marinated veggies on top.
Top that with a few pieces of the julienned avocado.
